Received a response from Lever and set up an appointment. I didn't get a confirmation of the schedule so I missed the window but the recruiting team was proactive enough to reach out to me and reschedule.
The hiring manager introduced herself to me and gave me an idea of the culture they had in their company. She asked how much I knew about the company and then about my current position and how it ties in with the Product Manager role. She also threw in a PM question which I had to admit, I wasn't 100% prepared for it (lesson learned ).
Overall, it was a very great interview experience which set the bar high for any other interviews I will have. For the hiring manager to introduce herself and talk about the company engaged me and showed me how they value their culture on top of bringing an importance to their company's mission and core values. I researched about the company and understood clearly who I was speaking with as soon as she mentioned her name (needs no introduction, to be honest) but for someone to not assume that I've done my homework shows how humble and proactive people could be in that office. Thank you for the opportunity.
