I first applied through a recruiting firm and finished the interview process within a week of my first conversation with FleetSmith. I first had a Zoom call with two of the hiring managers, which was pretty standard. After that, I had a call with an internal recruiter to help me prep for the onsite because of their slightly different interview process. The onsite consisted of several panels who asked me situational questions regarding my experience and creativity.
