Was reached out by a Aerotek recruiter and I submitted my resume to her the same day. Within the same day I was notified that Flex wanted to schedule an interview with me in 2 days. It was a 1 n done interview that was very conversation focused.

Software using in last position/most familiar with. Would you describe yourself as a beginner, intermediate or expert?
- Describe your test development experience in python specifically
- Do you have any experience with bit bucket or repo?
- Walk me through your experience with networking such as routers and switches.
- Which version of python have you been used? What editor are you familiar with?
- Do you have any experience in core mitigation?
- Do you have any working schedule restrictions or issues with occasional overtime?

The online interview and the process interview was okay, and they asked a lot of technical question and basic electronic. They're also focused on root failure analysis. Normal Technical Interview
