Interview started with hiring manager then proceed with program manager as the stakeholder followed by human resource. Upon interviewing and laying out expectation, compensation package was established and offer letter was given.

Good, Total 3 rounds excluding telephonic interview. If you are strong in technical it will be easy for you. Basic knowledge of SMT & Assembly process is preferable. Three technical rounds (1st telephonic interview & remaining 2 F2F), upon the completion of 3 rounds HR round.

No complaints for Flex but head hunters didn't convey the right expectations to Flex. I wish Flex HR reach out to me after receiving my resume from head hunter. It should have saved time for both parties.
Head hunter tried convenience me to leave my current company for 2% salary hike with less benefits.
