Hiring Panel is very unprofessional-; The test standard was good, there will be 2 technical coding rounds, after that an interview will be scheduled, since I was fresher till now I have attempted may be 40 interviews but for the first time I have seen interviewee was doing WhatsApp , was drowsy, was attending calls, if you are coming from a very good MNC please think twice, I'm writing it of 17 th July,2019 Pune magarpatta office, I literally felt like wastage of time, I repeated my intro thrice because he was apping and asked me to repeat, To all the laterals who are thinking for C++ developement position , please reconsider your decision, if leaders are this unprofessional I highly doubt the other process, If I would have given offer also, I must have reject it, because when the call triggers to interviewee, he was like I'm done, atleast now I have an example for flextrade Pune to my all my friends and colleagues a not to go company with.
