The first round was a straightforward phone screen, followed by a second round with a Senior Production Support Analyst who was very helpful and transparent about the role and expectations. I advanced to the final round, which was scheduled as a super day with 4–5 interviewers.
A few days after scheduling the final round, I received a call at 7:30 AM asking whether I held a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. They acknowledged that it was not present on my resume and was never raised during any prior interview stage. After confirming that I didn't have a degree, I was immediately removed from consideration.
This experience was disappointing and avoidable. The lack of alignment between the interview process and the final decision seriously raises some concerns regarding overall professionalism.
