Hiring Manager call - 30 minutes behavioural + situational questions Deep dive into previous experience, a few questions about how your current manager would describe you Scenario based question about planning and executing a recruitment strategy Really rude interviewer - never experienced anything like it. Made to feel really stupid / unworthy. Went on for way longer than planned. Made me feel really uncomfortable but then started to ask me about booking in next steps - surely a joke... Was tempted to leave the call at multiple points during the interview as the interviewer kept repeating the same question when I'd already answered it about 4 times! Gave honest answers to everything, and the interviewer kept pushing back, but then ended the interview by basically saying that the values that I'd highlighted were core to their business?
