Third step is interviewing with their training partner. This was a more in-depth personality type interview, where they focused on their areas of concern with you and hammered on those points to get you talking through them. I enjoyed the whole process as I felt they were actually interviewing me to determine a fit and not reading a list of interview questions that the googled 10 minutes earlier.
