Got a one way video interview. There was six behavior questions which have not time limited to record them and can be recorded unlimited times. After completing the interview, I have waited for a week and got no response.

The recruiter called me and talked about flexon's program, and then he sent me an interview request through email. There are six questions, with unlimited thinking time and unlimited takes. The questions are not hard at all, it is all about yourself. No coding and other technical questions.
