I applied online and reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn. After a short phone screening I interviewed on-site (New York, NY). The interview process was straight forward and I met with 4 separate employees from SDR team leads to Account Executives. My first interview I was given a 20 minute case study where I had to send two mock emails to prospective clients and leave voicemails for each of these clients. The final three were general behavioral questions and fit questions.

Suppose to be a phone screen, interview with HM, then 4 round virtual onsite. The hiring process was a mess. There were two separate recruiters and a recruiting coordinator and none of them kept me in the loop. They gave me zoom link that did not work, HM was unprepared for the interview. Ghosted after interview with HM , even after following up. Grossly incompetent hiring team.
