FlightSafety International Client Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted by phone, did screening process, and then invited in for a formal interview. I believed the interview went well with the hiring manager, HR, and another associate that they brought into the panel. I followed up and was told that they would follow up by a certain date. That date came and went and I sent another follow up to inquire on the job status. I was given no feedback or follow up from anyone who I interviewed with. I thought job candidate ghosting was a thing of the past - very unprofessional from a company like flight safety. Even a "Thanks but no thanks", looks better than absolutely nothing.
