Interviewed with them twice 1st interview panel interview with 3 of the managers and HR rep. 2nd interview was at south facility with 1 manager asked a series of tech questions at both interviews and past exp. Seems that if your ethnicity isn't of a more lighter complexion their not interested in hiring you based on their staff minorities aren't welcomed
