I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FlightSafety International in Dec 2019
Interview
The process began with applying online on their website. Within a week I received a phone call from their Team Resources Department to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well with basic experience questions and they showed a lot of interest in me and quickly scheduled a in-person interview. The in-person interview was very positive and I felt very good afterwards. I was told I would hear something in a few days. Well, it was over 2 weeks and I basically had to drag an answer out of them to determine if they were going to extend an offer. 2 emails, and two phone calls, which I waited until 2 weeks to reach out. Finally, they told me they were not going to extend an offer. Asked for feedback, never got a response. Very unprofessional process.
Applied online, HR called me and set up an interview, went in and met with their HR to explain benefits, then met with a group of 3 workers, they asked a variety of questions. After they said I'd receive a call, interviewed on a Friday and on the 2nd Friday after that I received a call with an offer.
