Standard process - phone call with HR person, then an in-person with the hiring manager, followed by another in-person with another executive. The following week after my second in-person the HR rep called to let me know they wanted to go with someone more senior. Overall a positive, quick process. Everyone was very professional and the HR contact was proactive about scheduling followups and keeping me posted with status of the position. I've been interviewing with several companies lately and have to say the team at Flipboard, including and especially the HR lead, have been the most positive experience. They were honest and transparent around the process, the company, the role and type of candidate they were looking for- I wish more companies were as buttoned up during the hiring process and as willing to provide direct feedback. It was very refreshing.
