Flipboard interview questions

Found their ad online and sent resume. Felt my background would be perfect and finally got a reply 4-5 weeks later. Received the standard recruiter call, was smooth and informal and was told the next step. 1 week later, interviewed with them face to face, went well. Got a phone call a few days later with concerns, felt the recruiter was not doing their job and allowed me to look bad (was interviewing while working, so long interviews could hurt me) Got the run around for another 2 weeks with another site interview and another 2 hours of my time wasted. Expecting an offer letter during the 4-5 week was instead told an employee gave a personal referral at the company picnic and they wanted to interview them. So from a stack of resumes, mine being near the top leading towards a final decision now tossed because of someone's friend. Another week went by, the recruiter called to brag about the companies boat load of funding and future prospects (which is rude) because they are not moving forward with me!!!
