2 telephonic + 5 onsite interviews.. I went for the interviews .. one after another 6 interviewers came in asked various questions.. I was made the job offer at end of process. People are pretty cool, but are intelligent and ask intelligent questions. They try to do an evaluation of your all round personality & suitability for the job.

Interview
Mostly behavioural and background/experience oriented. There was a technical depth round that lacked technical depth of any sort and felt amateurish. The interviewer was not sure what he was looking for and came in unprepared. Senior leadership and HR were polite, courteous and transparent.
