The recruiter provided my resume to Florida Blue. Next, I was requested to come on-site for the screening interview. Based on the hiring manager's recommendation, I was asked to come for the 2nd round of interviews with the technical manager. After the 3rd interview, I was informed by the recruiter that another candidate was chosen for the position who possessed more of the technical skills desired by Florida Blue.
