They must’ve forgotten I was scheduled for an interview as I have never seen a company so unprepared to hire someone. Started with some basic background information you enter on a computer in a room by yourself - everything that would be on your resume. Was left there for 10 to 12 minutes after informing them I had completed the paperwork. Finally got transferred to another room where they instructed me that the in person interview was going to be conducted via video. The only problem being it didn’t seem like anyone knew how to work the equipment and sound always being an issue. No introductions on the people screening me and it seemed English was not their first language. I don’t even remember someone giving a more detailed job description and day to day responsibilities - just vague behavioral and case questions. No human connection at all - just a cold hearted health insurance company. Happy not to be working there!
