Sent resume in. Interviewed at university (30 minutes) about experiences. Invited to on-site interview in Jacksonville (5 hours with 8 different people, 4 interviews, lunch included) that went in depth with experience questions and a range of odd behavioral questions. Everyone was very nice. However, I was not chosen and emailed multiple times for an update. If you don’t hear back within a few days, you didn’t get it, so move on. I asked for interview feedback and got nothing. Finally heard from HR 6 weeks after my interview that I didn’t get it.
