I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Florida Blue in Oct 2012
Interview
They came to campus to recruit and anyone who showed up to the presentation was allowed to sign up. I interviewed with an HR rep and an actuary and others including full time EL applicants interviewed one on one with the other actuary. Some basic background questions and some personality/behavioral ones. They didn't press hard on the weaker parts of my resume or seem too "tough" in general. They asked me if I had questions at the end
