The interview was completed in two parts. First was the initial interview with the recruiter who went over the basic job requirements, skills needed and required education for the role. The second portion of the interview was completed via phone call with the hiring manager. Communications during the interview process were consistent and provided plenty of guidance to ensure I understood the responsibilities of the role along with notifying me about my progress through the interview process.
