I had 3 interviews with the company. The first was a phone screen that went well - they asked some questions to gauge how I solved probles, but not tehnical. The second round was a panel interview - different groups of people on the team would join the zoom meeting and speak with me about experience. It lasted almost 4 hourse even though it was supposed to take 2.5. Then they were supposed to move into the offer phase, but they asked me to meet with them about my interests and career goals. As they did not line up perfectly with their, I was notified via phone that they chose a candidate who had more closely related to the position.
