Sent in my initial application/resume via their online website. It was quite lengthy and a bit tedious to fill out. Didn't hear back for about 4 weeks or so and then to my surprise it was an email asking if I would like to fly to Jacksonville for an interview (I did not live in Florida at the time and so I was expecting a round or two of telephone interviews prior to flying to Jacksonville). The first in-person interview went really well and seemed almost too easy. They sent materials prior to the interview to let me know it would be a lot of behavioral type questions, yet surprisingly there weren't actually that many of them. There were also very few technical questions despite their desire for someone with technical skills. A few days after the interview I got asked to come back to Jacksonville to meet with the same people and their boss. This again went well and the questions were still quite simple and easy to answer. A week later I was notified that I would be receiving an offer. It was a little bit longer than that but I did receive an offer. The salary was ok but it was the relocation package that was incredible. I had dealings with several other people in HR to help with the relocation and I felt very well taken care of.
