Very lengthy process and often repetitive. Took about one month from when I applied to hear from recruiting for a phone screening. Started with virtual phone screenings that you could complete on your own time. About one week after submitting my answers, I got a call from recruiting to set up a virtual interview. The interview was with two people and took about 50 minutes. That day, I got another call to set up another virtual interview with four members of leadership. It was the following week and took 45 minutes. Then a few days later, I got another call from recruiting to set up another virtual interview with the dame group of leaders I had already interviewed with, which I found a bit redundant. It was the following week and took 45 minutes. I waited nearly two weeks and never heard back from the company and accepted another offer from someone else. I found this interview process quite time consuming especially since I work full time and was taking time away from my job to speak with them. The interviews went well and I was surprised to never hear anything back from the company since I had completed four interviews by this point. Overall, I don't feel as though my time was valuable to them and the process was way too extensive for the position I was interviewing for.
