Interview happens in 3 stages. Typically, an over the phone interview, followed by a zoom interview with 2 hiring managers. If they decide to move forward with the hiring process they will invite you to come to their campus in Deerwood Park, Jacksonville FL. The entire process is a cut above. I can tell they really care about finding the right people for the job. They compensate for gas/flight, hotel, and food for your time in the final leg of the interview. Jacksonville's beaches are beautiful, and their campus is VERY impressive. The amenities for having a job with FL Blue are outstanding! Anyone who gets an opportunity to interview with them should consider themselves extremely lucky.
