Interview
After application review, an onsite interview is conducted and based on qualifications, hiring follows if the applicant answers all the questions well and has a good GPA in their academics, mainly in Math and Science. A supervisor then arranges for question paper and gives time for solving the questions which should be done in white paper provided by them.

Made you show proficiency in the subject as well as ability to teach someone else. Did not expect you to know everything being tested but did want to see how you worked with information you did not know to see how you would help a student in that situation

You have to write a letter stating why you want the job. You need letter explaining why are you a good fit for the position. You need approval from your proffessors as well as their recommendations
