Interview
I applied online and about 4 months later was contacted by HR who did a phone interview. I then got invited to come to an "interview day", where basically you and 20 other applicants interview as a group, learn about FLVS, their beliefs, goals and expectations. If you like what you hear you are asked to come back in the afternoon the interview one on one for the position. I waited a week and recieved an offer.

Interview
First was a virtual zoom Screening call with a recruiter, he then scheduled me right away for my 2nd interview with 2 others via zoom the following Tuesday. I was a little disappointed to find out during the 2nd interview that this was in fact for "potential openings" and not a current opening. I think due to the flexibility of students, they vet a bunch of people that they can hire anytime if need be. This would have been helpful to relay to someone before they interview to see if they want to go through with that or not.
