You initially apply online, then get a 15 minute phone interview. My phone interview was with a guy certified in HOPE. Nothing like a PE teacher deciding who is the "best of the best." Then invited to a group interview setting all day fiasco, which was kind of a joke. The only real basis as far as I could tell for assessment was a document we typed up and emailed to HR. The lady in charge allotted 15
Minutes but said to not spend too much time on it.
We did a technology activity to shuffle around an excel document, determining when to call students who are behind and stuff but we then deleted it.
As for the "interview" part, that's where I'm miffed. There was no interview aspect at all. A bunch of people asked silly questions that have been addressed previously either in the job description or during the phone interview. There was no real group component. There were 2-3 scheduled activities that we didn't get to. The rest was them talking and us sitting there.
So...if you go to their all day session who knows what to expect. Waiting to hear back now but no real desire to work there (ill put no in the offer section because i cant leave it blank).
