Recruiter reached out solely via LinkedIn and scheduled interview 3 days later. Had seemingly good conversation and next steps were identified to have the next interview with the hiring manager. I was ghosted after that, even after multiple follow-up messages. Unfortunate, as this looked like a promising organization.
