I conducted several interviews, and my impresion about the company changed dramatically in every single one. From being the company/position i´d like to work for... it moved to: Under any circustance I won't join this company with current people in charge.
1. Short phone call with Talent Adq. (30 min) to check Role-Profile matching.
2. Videoconference with Persons in charge of Department. One person (the actual persons who hold position) didn´t showed up, showing a complete lack of respect about the candidate
3. On site interview with the actual person in charge and other person relevant for position. The worst interview I have ever had. The actual person in charge, who dindn`t show up in first interview, was totaly disrespectful and he even left the meeting room without even say goodbye.
4. Videoconference with HR. It was supposed to be on site, but nobody was informed. The person was not on site, no VC room was arranged. They sent me a link and asked me to install an app to have the meeting through my mobile.
I am happy they did not offered me the job. After 1,5 months I am still waiting for an answer.

I followed up with an email the following week with no response. It has now been 2 weeks without a word.

Phone screen followed by call with hiring manager. There were situational questions, outline of the job itself, a very good description of the history of the businesses, and recent developments in the organization. Seems like a very interesting company.
