I was initially screened by a recruiter who submitted my resume. I was clear that I needed to be remote or that if they needed me hybrid more than 2 days per week or on site full time that I would need relocation assistance. She seemed ok with it and set up the interview. The hiring manager got sick and had to postpone the interview. When the interview actually happened, he was clearly still very sick and had not done his homework ahead of time. He did not know where I lived nor the distance involved. He then said he wanted me there 5 days a week. We continued the interview, but I did not get a good feeling. After that, when I called the recruiter back to tell her my thoughts., she did not take my call. AVOID FLUKE!!! DO NOT JOIN THEM!! Had they offered, I would have declined!
