Pretty standard phone interview with a follow up virtual interview with the hiring manager. Was a pretty straight forward and standard interview process. Mainly pretty standard boiler plate interview questions.

Overall great experience. I enjoyed meeting with all of the individuals that I interviewed with. Wasn't left on the hook for very long, and they kept me informed with all of the information.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager after passing the phone screen with the recruiter. The hiring manager was 30 minutes late to the call and I was forced to take the interview somewhere else away from the space I reserved.
The interview went well nevertheless, I was even “coached” for a future on site interview. The the hiring manager told me to expect “such and such” and to review some specific quality processes in manufacturing.
10 days later, no response from anyone. The recruiter eventually informed me that I was not a good fit after I emailed them. But the hiring manager implied the exact opposite. The process was slow and disappointing. Fluke is a good company and they produce quality products but the managers and recruiters need to appreciate the drive, experience, energy and success some of the applicants showcase.
If you have to wait more than a week after a hiring manager phone call for an on site interview then you can be sure the HR are playing games and buying time to find more candidates, or find others who will settle for less money, or get the position filled with internal referrals. It was a waste of time, be wary of Fluke’s hiring process.
