First stage Interview - get to know you, second stage presentation with two leaders final stage interview with senior stakeholders. Process seemed to be slightly disjointed at final stage. Wasn't quite clear whether stakeholders had knowledge of previous presentation information which was more role relevant. It seemed to be a bit of a repeat of first stage. Not sure where decision making was taking place for the offer.
