There are 2 interview processes for the role. 1. A digital self recorded interview via HireVue whereby you’re asked competency based questions. If you’re successful in this stage you are invited to the second round 2. an Assessment Centre where you can be assessed on problem solving, creative process, innovative thinking etc. in a group setting. As well as this you have an individual interview which is quite informal. Great day of fun
