Assessment day went well and all the staff were friendly. However, despite being promised specific feedback after having been through multiple rounds of interviews, no feedback was given, even after asking multiple times.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Flutter Entertainment (Leeds, England)
Interview
2 stages of online testing including video interview, online test and personality test. Then an assessment centre involving a day long group project plus an in person interview with the questions provided ahead of time. Everyone was very welcoming and it was overall a positive experience although the whole process took over two months with very long wait for an answer at the end and have as yet not received feedback.

What qualities will you bring to the team in return and how will you build relationships with those you work with?
The experience was not particularly accommodating for someone dealing with social anxiety, as it heavily focused on team-based activities without giving any attention to individual preferences or strengths. This lack of consideration for individuality in a setting dominated by group tasks made it challenging and uncomfortable.
