I applied online and receive a follow-up email on the same day to schedule a phone interview for the next day. After the phone interview, I had three in-person meetings and was given some homework to test my experience and knowledge. The person who interviewed me was very friendly. We had great communications and which allowed me to have a better understanding of the company and its culture. I received clear explanations about the position and could see positive career growth in that position. So I accepted the offer. It took about 3 weeks.
