I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Food Lion (Atlantic Beach, NC) in Jan 2021
Interview
Easy. You enter and are asked questions such as "How do you deal with difficult decisions?" "Name a time you disagreed with a supervisor/member of management; how did you resolve it?" "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Things of the sort. No hard ball questions, in my opinion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Food Lion (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was interviewed by the store manager and assistant store manager. Over all they were both very welcoming and laid back. I felt very comfortable during the interview. The interview flowed more like a conversation rather than an interview, which was nice.
