Interview
I was called the day after I applied online. They scheduled me for an interview for the following day. My interview was completed by two managers, which was scary for my first job, but I managed. The questions were fairly easy, but the manager tried to put me on the spot to see how I would react. Apparently I reacted well, because they offered me a job the following night.

Managers were very organized and down to earth. Very easy to talk to, friendly, and kind. Offered to give plenty of help on the job whenever I would start. We talked casually, so it took a lot of the pressure off of the prospect of interviewing, especially because I don't have a lot of interview experience.
Interview at Food Lion felt friendly, fast paced, professional; I highlighted reliability, teamwork, customer service, flexibility, availability, eagerness, learning, and retail experience during questions about shifts schedules growth goals culture
