I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Food Lion (Solomons, MD) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview was very informal. I sat down with the Meat Market Manager and Grocery Manager. The questions were pretty basic, examining my work history and going over why I left past positions. After we toured the Meat department, cutting room and the freezers. Overall it felt more like a conversation than an interview. By the end the questions had stopped and we we just talking about random topics.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Food Lion
Interview
Just ask you about previous work experience and what all in the store you know how to do. Very relaxed but poorly constructed. Never met the store manager or assistant manager just two depth heads and was hired on the spot. No background check or drug test
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Food Lion
Interview
Interview went well but seemed to be a waste of time when at the end the store manager states that since I'm already doing the same job in another store that there wouldn't be a raise involved.
