Easy and straight forward, Manager was very understanding and explained the position in detail and allowing me to ask whatever questions i wanted. Was able to start following week of signing forms.

Talked to manager in person and got an interview. Went home and filled out all online paperwork, was called for the interview. Met with Customer Service Manager (who I would be working directly under), had interview, interviewed in-depth with store manager, and was offered the job.
