I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FoodLogiQ
Interview
Very thorough 3rd party recruiter , followed up by internal HR that seemed like they had their wires crossed . While it appears most of the old leadership has exited the current situation is in flux. Their vision and market positioning seems to elude them. New leadership seems to have old school principles e.g. not accustomed to remote employees and lack of clarity on strategic growth strategy. Product has some good ideas but they admittedly lack features that would allow them to further break into major accounts .
All in all the best description is that they currently have their wires crossed and some work ahead of them to be a world class organization. They do not display the characteristics of a young company with the capability to grow fast.
As they say the hiring process is indicative of what life on the inside would be like - wires crossed and lack of clarity and vision.

Question 1
Only background on past employment history. Inability to share or properly articulate their vision and strategy at executive level.
I applied online. I interviewed at FoodLogiQ (Durham, NC) in Mar 2019
Interview
Fairly standard interview process although the interviewer was not qualified for and/or experienced to be conducting the interview for the level of position. A waste of time. The company has pretty harsh GlassDoor feedback and based on initial experience it seems accurate.
