The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Foot Locker (New Orleans, LA) in May 2017
Interview
Good. It was quick but we got a lot of information from each other. They helped me understand what the process was like and how everything works and what to expect from the job. The pay was upfront as well. Over all it was an honest interview. I’d suggest bringing your resume in with you.
The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

Question 1
If an item was out of stock, how would you handle that situation with a customer?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
