Pretty straight forward interview. Mostly having to know what customer service is and having examples when you given or received it. Also having examples such as when having a problem with a employee and what happened and what the outcome was. After the interview the wait was about a week to hear back from them and had to come in to do paperwork.

Question 1
What does customer service look like? Give an example when you received in your opinion good customer service?
The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

If an item was out of stock, how would you handle that situation with a customer?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
