Foot Locker Technician interview questions

As I entered the man’s small closet sized office, he was looking out the door, and I asked if he wanted me to shut the door, his comment was oh I thought somebody brought their mother. Questions continued us to why I would want this type of a job And he said everything but at your age. I was in my 40s had just finished earning my associates degree working on my bachelor degree at the time quite intelligent had a lot of computer experience in this job would’ve been easy, at no time did he ask about my expertise or experience relating to this job he was just dumbfounded that I was a middle-aged woman . I should have sued for age discrimination.
