Interviewed with the underwriting manager and was asked standard questions such as work and educational experience which lasted about 20 minutes. Applicants with accounting and/or finance background would have a better chance of getting hired. Overall positive experience.

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about our company?
The interview with the team leads was a pleasant experience and actually made me interested in working there. But once you get to the directors, all interests suddenly vanish when you get a weird vibe. Look around the office and you’ll see if you fit in or not. They seem to be looking for specific kinds of employees if you know what I mean. I didn’t believe the reviews here at first, until I experienced them. Past employees wrote horror stories about leadership, and I kinda understand.
