I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fora Financial (New York, NY) in Sep 2014

Interview

First is a 5 minute interview which went well, waited about 3 days for a call back met with 2 senior managers then the VP The interview in total took around 30 minutes , i assume it would've been longer but i had been in the same industry for almost 3 years . after a barrage of questions to see if i was bluffing the 2 senior managers brought the VP in to meet me (very nice guys by the way) we shook on an offer and i was in training the next monday
