I went through a recruiter for this Lead Software engineer role, and the process took 2 months of back and forth with delay after delay.
There was a 45 min video interview, a take home assignment, and then a 90 minute long technical video interview that reviewed the assignment. They said they “loved” the assignment and were excited to talk to me, but they proceeded to ghost me and provide no actionable feedback on the assignment other than the questions they asked about it during the interview.
Don’t waste your time putting energy into the take home assignment, I went above and beyond for this assignment and ended up only wasting my time and gave me little to improve upon.

I went through multiple rounds with this company—an initial chat with a recruiter, an HR interview, a technical video interview, and a coding exercise they said they "loved.", and they said they couldn't wait to make me an offer. They kept talking about how they didn't want to lose me.
I even presented my solution to the director of engineering and two other engineers. After all that, they completely ghosted me. It’s been over a month with no response, despite their promise to provide same-day feedback. This experience shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
I strongly advise others not to waste their energy applying here.
