Interview
Alright. There was a four stage process. First a video interview where you record yourself answering questions such as “what are your strengths?” “How would you handle an irate customer?” Then a phone interview with HR. Again same type of questions along with what your background is and what you can bring to the company. Then an interview with a team lead and the manager. Again same type of questions. Then last interview with head of the call center. Same questions. Overall fine interviews just very repetitive.
