The interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of several stages, including an initial conversation with the recruiter, technical discussions with the hiring team, and a final interview focused on communication skills and customer-facing scenarios. The interviewers were friendly, gave me enough time to answer, and explained the role and expectations clearly. Interview process was swift and well organized. Technical rounds and hiring manager rounds were easy. Best experience for me since this is an OEM which I am getting interviewed. I have already attended few interviews which took months together, but Forcepoint team were very good in organizing and completing the process within few weeks.
