Interview
I had a phone screen with a senior technical support team member. Once I passed that I went in and took a skills aptitude test. I then had an in depth skills assessment interview with two senior tech support engineers and then an interview with two managers. Then another interview with the manager of the team I would be on. Finally I had an interview with the department manager.
